Professional experience

Attorney Trinh has over 15 years practicing law and working as a business consultant, legal counsel with Vietnamese and international business law firms in their Vietnam Offices based in Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City.

Experienced in advising international clients on doing business in the jurisdictions of Australia, France, the EU and Commonwealth, Trinh has assisted companies and expats communities from the jurisdictions expanding and doing business in Vietnam. Trinh has also been a specialist in Business Migration Visa programs successfully advised hundreds of HNWIs and their families on obtaining immigration visas for investor and business people.

Prior to co-founding BCCM, Trinh worked as a Legal Head for an international immigration consulting firm, and was Country Managing Lawyer of APC (Asia Pacific Consulting LLC).
