Professional experience

Over two decades serving the public interest and business communities as an international business advocate, a policy & legal counsel, and an attorney, Son has experienced in a wide array of fields and practices, inter alia investment & trade promotion; FDI/ MNCs management; international business & corporate consulting; government & law ent liaison; cross-border & MLA matters; forensic integrity & compliance, and fraud investigation/prosecution.

Experienced in the offices and agencies in public and private sector from AGs, procuracies, BSOs, Enterprises & Investment Management Agencies, diplomatic missions through international business law/ consulting/ and auditing firms, Attorney Son has been commended for being “a highly organized project director with strong analytical skills, proven leadership and an ability to multi-task and prioritize through public & corporate experience”, and “local legal policy expert of international professional networks”.

Prior to co-founding BCCM, Son pursued his professional career in the Big Four consulting & auditing firms operating out of Vietnam and the SEA. And as Visiting Lecture and Researcher with VNU-USSH, Son’s fellowship is focused on International Law & Public Policy, Diplomacy, FDI policy, and ISDS.
