Professional experience

Tham has started up and been in industrial robotic and automation for 15 years. As the business founder and CEO, she is not only bringing optimal solutions, high quality products and services to FDI and Japanese corporate clients in Vietnam, but also promoting the transfer of technology, know-how among FDI communities, especially Japanese corporations and Vietnamese enterprises.

From the time of starting up her own business, Tham actively contributed to the establishment and operation of JVEEC in an efort to deepen the economic relations between Japan and Vietnam. Lecturing and doing research on Japanese language, culture and business management is definitely not her side business. However, Tham has devoted her time and energy on fellowship with the Dong Du Japanese Shool for years.

As BCCM co-founder, Tham is in charge of Business Development & Corporate Consulting in the position of Associate Director, and is BCCM’s Japanese Business Services Lead.
