Professional experience

Attorney Kim has over 30 years practicing law, starting from a public prosecutor with HCMC People’s Procuracy, Kim has developed his professional career at prominent commercial banks and international financial institutions in Vietnam, such as Sacombank, Techcombank, Vietbank, and Chailease, as well as public and listed companies in manufacturing, textile & garment, real estate in the positions of Financial Director, COO, General Counsel, and Legal Head.

Attorney Kim also collaborated with local and international business law firms as their Of Counsel on multiple deals and engagements. Prior to co-founding BCCM, Kim worked for TTC Land as a Project Legal Advisor, and Managing Lawyer with KTG Limited Liability Law Firm.
